📝 How to make Ragi Kali Recipe,
1️⃣Heat a Pressure cooker with 2 cups of water, add ½ tsp salt, bring to boil.
2️⃣Measure and take 1 cup of Ragi flour, in that take 1 tbsp of flour in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of water and make it lump-free ragi slurry.
3️⃣Once the water begins to boil, keep in low flame, add the ragi slurry and mix it well.
4️⃣Now start adding the remaining flour evenly. Mix well using a wooden ladle or spatula.
5️⃣Once mixed, Switch off the stove. Close the pressure cooker with the lid. Keep aside for 7 to 8 mins (this is important to get smooth & non-sticky balls).
6️⃣After 8 mins, open the lid add a tsp ghee, take a small portion of dough, roll into a smooth ball.
✅That’s it Ragi Kali is ready to serve.

✅Adding ragi slurry helps to avoid forming lumps and even cooking. Don’t skip.
✅Once u start adding the flour keep it on low flame.
✅Covering with the lid and resting for 8 mins helps to cook furthermore.
✅The best way to make ragi is in a pressure cooker, it will not let the steam go out.
