Healthy Spinach Salad with Warm Mushroom Recipe with Ingredients for Weight loss

Ingredients
Spinach = 8 cups
Chopped red cabbage =2 cups
Olive oil =2 tablespoon
Chopped bacon =2 slices
Chopped onion =½ cup
Chopped mushroom =3 cups
(You can use all kinds of mushroom)
White vinegar =2 tablespoon
Honey =½ teaspoon
Salt and pepper= as needed

Preparation
Mix spinach and red cabbage in a bowl. Heat 1tablespoon olive oil. Add bacon and onion. Roast until the bacon is crisped (about 5 minutes). Then add mushroom, salt, and pepper. Stir mushrooms until soft (about 7 minutes). Remove from heat and mix with 1 tablespoon olive oil, honey, and vinegar. Then pour this warm ingredient on spinach and cabbage mixture.
