But these ‘snacks’ are usually unhealthy, and cause a lot of weight gain in the summer months. So here we have for you two guilt free recipes, perfect for this season and made by Chef Pramod, a 5-star hotel chef who has been in the hospitality indeustry for several years.
The first recipe is a savoury salad; a summer special Raw Mango and Quinoa salad. In contrast to that, the second recipe is a decadent beetroot halwa, guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds. Both of these recipes are super low calorie and fat free, for guilt-free snacking. They are also surprisingly easy to make and are quick fixes!
