A rice bowl topped with all sorts of seasoned sautéed vegetables, marinated meat, a fried egg sunny side up, and Korean chili paste.
Bibim translates as “mixed,” and bap means “cooked rice,” so bibimbap literally means “mixed rice. This recipe is very versatile, you can use beef, pork or chicken.
