Cucumber salad that will blow your mind. This is one of those salad that doesn’t look appetizing but surely taste really delicious. On top of that, this salad provides good benefit to your health and body especially if you are trying to lose weight.
You can make the sauce ahead of time, and if you don’t like too much sauce you can simple drained the juice from the cucumber. But I love the cucumber juice so I left it alone and just simply mix them all in a bowl.

1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp fresh ginger (shredded) substitute with powdered ginger
1 tbsp. white sugar or substitute it with honey
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic with Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. Spicy vinegar (optional) substitute with Red Chili Flakes
Toasted sesame seeds for toppings (optional)
Note: The taste we are aiming for sweet and tangy sauce You can add more salt or sugar if desired.
You can topped this with toasted peanuts or almond nuts.
