Ingredients for Peas Roti
To make 7 Rotis
Wheat flour – 1 cup (250gm)
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Ginger – small piece
Garlic – 10 gloves
Green Chilies – 2
Salt
Water
oil = 2 spoon
Ghee – 2 spoon
How to make DIET Roti / Peas Roti / Peas paratha / Peas Chapati / low calorie roti ?
1. Add ginger, green chillies and boiled green peas in a mixie jar.
2. Grind it into fine paste.
3. Take wheat flour and add salt, peas chilli garlic paste.
4. Add water little by little and make it as smooth dough.
5. Set it aside for 20 minutes.
6. Divide dough into equal parts.
7. Make it as balls
8. Sprinkle wheat flour in smooth surface and press Roti Ball.
9. With the help of roller make Parathas.
10. Heat Tava and place Peas Chapati and spread melted Ghee with the help of brush.
11. When Roti gets heated flip it over and cook on both sides.
12. To make this as balanced diet, Serve hot with vegetable and paneer sabji/ gravy.
you can also add curd and vegetable salad in your diet to make it as balanced dinner or lunch.
