Fluffy Chocolate Cake| Chocolate sponge cake| Basic cake recipe
Ingredients:
1 large rip banana
300ml low fat milk
4 eggs ( at room temperature)
1/2 cup- stevia sugar
1 teaspoon – vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon- baking soda
1/2 tablespoon- baking powder
1/2 cup- cocoa powder
3/4 cup- gluten free cake flour
1/2 cup- coconut oil
3/4 cup- dark chocolate chips
Baking: Preheat the oven at 180C for 10min.Then bake for 45min at 180C.
We will be using a cake mold 18cm in diameter and 9cm in height.
