✨Pesto Pasta✨

A slightly toasted, nutty and flavourful basil sauce – is the best accompaniment to elevate your boring mid day meals! Add to pasta, on toast or salads and you have a wholesome and healthy dinner!

Recipe:

Ingredients:
– 200 grams of pasta of your choice
– 1/2 cup raw cashews
– 3 cups baby spinach
– 2 cups of basil leaves
– 1/3 cup Parmesan
– Salt & pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil juice of half lemon (optional)
– 7-8 cloves of garlic
– 3/4 cup pasta cooking water (use more or less water depending on how thick you want the sauce to be)

P.S add an extra touch of Parmesan over the top to make it extra 🤤
