Ingredients:

1 Cucumber
1 cup hung curd
Salt to taste
1 TSP mustard sauce
1 TSP red chilli flakes
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/2 TSP black pepper
Place cucumber
Black pepper

Method:

Take a cucumber and cut it into thinly slice.
Take 1 cup hung curd and add salt, mustard sauce, red chilli flakes, coriander leaves, black pepper and mix them well.
Take bread slice and remove the edges.
Place the mixture on top of the bread.
Now place cucumber slices on top of it. sprinkle black pepper and cover it with a bread slice.
Cut it into triangle shape and serve.
