4 Easy Healthy Popcorn Recipes For Weight Loss – No Butter No Oil – Make Healthy Popcorn At Home!

Today I am sharing with you 4 of my favorite healthy popcorn recipes for weight loss!
You can make some amazing healthy popcorn at home with healthy popcorn seasoning without all the extra calories and fats from butter or oil.
Healthy popcorn without oil or butter can taste great and help you a lot on your Weight Loss journey.
Tips:
1. I use an air popper/fryer to make my popcorn so I don’t need to add any oil or butter.
2. In the video, I used salt for some of the recipes because I love it when it’s a bit salty, and also salt has 0 calories, but if you don’t want to add salt that’s fine, it will taste good without it.
3. I used water instead of oil/butter but if you have room for an extra 40-50 calories then go for oil spray (or cooking spray butter flavor) which will make it taste so much better!
I find it that for 50 grams of popcorn kernels, you will only need to spray around 5 grams of oil which is around 40-50 calories but as I said, will make it taste 10/10 while water makes it taste around 7/10.
4. If you do go with water make sure to use a bit more seasoning since they don’t stick so well to water.
