Crispy Vegetables Pocket Recipe – Healthy | Delicious| Homemade Recipe by Diet Clinic. (Ramadan Special Recipe)
INGREDIENTS:
•Tortilla
•Carrots
•Capsicum
•Onion
•Green chili
•Tomatoes
•Cream
•White Chick peas
HOW TO MAKE?
•Take a bowl and add all vegetables in it.
•Add 3 tbsp or cream.
•Add spices in it. I’ve added salt pepper, coriander powder, paprika powder and a little bit of soya sauce.
•Now mix it well.
•Now add white Chick peas.
•Take a tortilla and put the prepared mixture on it.
•Now fold it from both ends.
•Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp of olive oil in it.
•Now cook it on medium flame for 3 mins from both sides.
•It is ready to serve.
