Hi guys !
I am here sharing a healthy and nutritious sandwich recipe – made of easy available ingredients.

** This can be quick and easy breakfast, lunch and dinner on busy days.
** Can add in your weight loss or weight gain meal
** Add as Post workout meal

Ingredients used-
– brown bread slices or can use any other bread option
– sprout green chutney for spread or any other available chutney
– paneer (or boiled egg, tofu or chicken can use instead)
– sliced Boiled potato, tomato, onion, capsicum
– Seasoning- black salt, roasted cumin seed powder, oregano

** Recipe of Sprout green chutney **
Ingredients used-
– mung beans sprouts 1 cup
– coriander leaves & few mint leaves
– green chillies 4-5 (add more if you want to make more spicey chutney)
– 1 piece of ginger & 2-3 garlic clove
– curd (add more or less – as per require consistency)
– white salt & black salt, little sugar or jaggary,
– 1/2 lemon juice (optional)

— Grind them all together and chutney is ready.

** During specific conditions like- any therapeutic & chronic condition, during medication or surgery – Consult with your dietitian/ Nutritionist before consuming any new recipe.
