Don’t always eat bread! Prepare this recipe for breakfast, healthy and delicious

Ingredients and recipe:
🍎Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
🍎Salt and black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
🍎Pour olive oil in the pan
🍎Add 50g chopped onion in the pan
🍎Add 40g Chopped mushroom
🍎30g Chopped tomatoes
🍎Add 40g Chopped mushroom
🍎30g Chopped tomatoes
🍎20g Chopped green pepper
🍎20g Chopped yellow
Add in the egg mixture
🍎Place 1 tortilla on top
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over
🍎Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Fry for about 2 minutes
Done!
🍎Parsley (optional)
