Hi Family, in this video(Hindi Vlog), I am sharing a typical day in my life. This will include my gym workout (leg/booty workout routine) and morning to night what I eat in a low calorie diet day – high protein, healthy, nutritious recipes, meal preparation and eating.
Recipes include:
Breakfast – Collagen Shake and Granola Protein
Lunch – Mushroom, corn & onion Egg Omlette, Chicken stuffed Tortilla (no mayo/cheese), Steamed Sweet Corn
Dinner – Basil Lemon Pan-Fried Salmon and cut fruit Pear for dessert
