Ingredients
Boiled egg:2 nos
chopped onions: 1 tablespoon
Chopped tomato: 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoon
salt: as per your taste
bread: 4 slices

Step 1
Finely chop the boiled eggs. Add chopped onions and chopped tomato. Add salt as per your taste and add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder. You can add chat masala too or some other veggies.

Step 2
cut the edges of 4 bread. Take a slice of bread and place some egg mixture on it. place another slice of bread on it and press gently. Now cut it diagonally.
Sandwich is now ready to eat…..
