This breakfast or brunch give you nice filling and guilt free feeling. It is easy to make and tasty. Moong dal is good source of vitamin A,B,C,E and many minerals like. Calcium, potassium. It is full of protein and fibre. Suji promotes weight loss. Suji is rich in protein.

Ingredients-
1. Green moong dal – 1.5 cup
2. Suji 1 cup
3. Green chillies – 2-3
4. Ginger -1 piece
5. Eno – 1 pouch
6. Salt -1 tsp. or according to your taste
7. Tadka-
(a) Oil – 1 Tbsp.
(b) Mustard seeds – 1-2 tsp.
(c) Urad dal – 2-3 tsp.
(d) Curry leaves – 10-15
(e) Cashew nuts – around 1/4 cup
Peanut Chutney
1. Peanuts – 1/2 cup
2. Green chillies – 2-3
3. Ginger – 1 piece
4. Tamarind – 1-2 piece
5. Salt -1/2 tsp. or according to your taste
6. Tadka –
(a) Oil -2-3 tsp.
(b) Mustard seeds 1 tsp.
(c) Curry leaves -8-10
