This is a very easy to understand and follow salmon recipe for a delicious, and healthy Salmon dinner that will impress your family and guests.
I am sharing the recipe and method I use to get perfect taste of salmon every time.
Ingredients:
1 or 2 Salmon fillets
4 tbls butter
2 clove garlic
2 lemons (squeeze ½ at a time in different stages of the cooking: at beginning before cutting Salmon, in the middle when cooking and at the end). Plus save the ½ to serve with meal.
Salt and pepper (added in different stages)
Heat butter on medium heat.
Add salt and pepper on the meat side of the salmon.
At the start place skin side down on the pan and flip twice in the process.
Cook for 4-5 minutes without disturbing the salmon.
Add assorted green, yellow and red peppers and ¼ of bell pepper plus ½ lemon juice and garlic and cook until internal salmon turns golden color.
Serve with rice or salad (at least that’s what we do at home).
