Indian touch to this curd sandwich is the best thing ever! Here is dahi toast sandwich that you have have for breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig of curry leaves
½ cup onion
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp green chillies
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp lemon juice
Bread
Butter

INSTRUCTIONS
In a frying pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and onions. Fry until the onions are a little soft.
In a separate bowl add yogurt, the onion mix, green chillies, coriander, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix well till all ingredients are incorporated.
Take a slice of bread, and spread the mix on it liberally. Cover it with another slice of bread.
Add butter to a pan and place the sandwich in the pan to toast. After a while flip it over. Take it off once both sides are brown and crispy.
