This is a healthy and guilt free recipe that I tried with gram flour and other healthy ingrdients.
-Take 1 cup gram flour.
-Add 1 cup curd.
– Add khade masale of choice. I added Red Chillies powder, cumin, garam masala and salt.
-Add chopped veggetables of choice.
-Add a teaspoon eno and keep the mixture aside for 10 minutes.
-Preheat your griller , pour the mixture and keep it for 15 mins.
-And voila! it’s ready
-Serve with green chutney
