Ingredients;
1 cup ragi flour
1 cup oats powder
2 cups buttermilk
salt to taste
ghee/oil
METHOD;
1.Mix ragi flour with oats powder.
2.Add buttermilk gradually to it and make a lump free batter.Its consistency should be like dosa batter.
3.Add salt to it.now cover it and leave aside for half an hour to set.
4.After half an hour,mix well dosa batter.
5.Heat up a dosa pan.Grease it with oil/ghee.take ladleful of batter and spread in circular motion.apply ghee/oil over dosa.
6.Let it cook.when done serve hot with coconut chutney.
