for banana mixture
bread slices 4 without crust ( of your choice i used white bread
1 slice has 32 calories so 4*32= 128 calories)
2 medium bananas 105*2= 210 calories
dessicated coconut 2 tbsp ( 30*2=60)
stevia 1 tbsp ( 0 calorie)

for coating
2 eggs small ( 54*2=108 calorie )
3 tbsp non fat milk ( 5*3=15 calorie)
1 tbsp setvia (0 calorie )

521 calorie altogether

i made 8 sandwiches with these ingredients so 521/8 = 65 Calorie each
