A thick, creamy soup you don’t have to feel guilty eating! This broccoli soup is rich in calcium, selenium, & vitamin C and I often see improvement in my metabolism and skin whenever I eat it. It’s also a great detoxifier and works extremely well for weight loss. On top of all these health benefits, it’s also just plain delicious!

This recipe makes enough for 3 people or 2 very hungry people!
3 – 4 celery sticks
1 carrot
0.5 cup of peas
Half an onion (red or white)
Half a broccoli
A handful of cilantro (or parsley if you prefer it)
A handful of cashews (or preferred nut)
2.5 cups of vegetable broth
0.75 cups of cream
A tablespoon of salt
Black pepper to taste
2 slices of bread
