1 tablespoon oilve oil for rosting some veg,
2 Bowl strips cuts cabbabge thin sliced
3 one bowl carrot thin sliced
4 one Bowl raddish thin sliced
5 1 capicum thin sliced
6 one medium size onion short sliced you can use thin sliced too
7 one small bowl boil Matar
8 5 dates thin sliced we can use dry dates soaked look warm water kismish ( raisains ) too,
9 green onion green part some
10 Thin sliced one tomatto little hard without seeds
11 some slice Ginger obtional
12 fresh pomgrante some we can use grapes plum, mango, any
14 green corinder leaves
15 half tablespoon blacksalt
16 salt acc to tase
17 suger lttle acc to taste grind form
18 lemon jiuce half tablesppon
19 half tablesppon blackpepper
20 roasted cumin seeds podwer form
21 chat masala acc to taste
