Ingredients:
* Milk🥛 – 1 Cup
* Egg Yolk🥚 – 3 large
* Sugar – 2 Tsp
* Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
* Chopped🍓 Fruits🥭 – 2 Cups
* Salt🧂 as per taste
Method:
1. In a bowl add milk, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, and mix it well using a whisker without any lumps.
2. Heat water in a vessel till it comes to boil, place the bowl containing mixture above it and cook it with double boiling method till it turns thick and creamy in texture.
3. Once reached the right consistency allow the mixture to cool down.
4. Add chopped fruits of your 👩🏻🍳choices to the mixture; refrigerate and serve cold.🤗
