If you know me you know that I love banana nut bread! But come let’s be honest, how healthy is it if you are eating it every morning for breakfast?
So I decided to look up more healthy recipes and found this easy alternative. It tasted delicious however next time I will add almond flour to help with the rising of the bread 🙃
