1 cup semolina (rava)
2 tablespoon ghee / oil
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon chana dal
2 tablespoon cashews chopped (optional)
10-12curry leaves
2 green chilies chopped
ginger grated or paste
Other ingredients
Vegetable’s
Carrot (chopped)
Beans ( Chopped)
Corns
salt – use as needed
2 to 3 tablespoon coriander ( chopped)
¾ cup curd
½ cup water for soaking rava ( or as needed)
¼ tsp cooking soda
