Ingredients:
– 1 bag of 10 minutes rice
– 1 tofu
– 1 broccoli (or any vegetable that you have there have)
– More neutral oil spray
– More Spice Tofu Seasoning
– Juice of two oranges – some orange zest
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 2 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tbsp sesame oil
– Cayenne pepper
– optional: chilli flakes
– 1 tsp cornstarch
Preparation Method:
Set rice to boil.
Meanwhile, cut the tofu into small cubes.
Also cut the broccoli florets into small pieces. Stir together with plenty of oil spray and the tofu seasoning.
Place in the Airfryer at 190°C for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the orange zest, orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar and spices together. Remove 2 tablespoons and mix with the cornstarch.
Heat it. Remove from the heat and stir in the dissolved cornstarch until it gets nice and sticky. Add the tofu and broccoli and mix well. Put on the rice.
The amount makes two servings
