Chuda Aloo Bhaja recipe
– To a pan, add 1 cup of flat rice
– Roast in medium flame until it turns slight aromatic and crispy while stirring it continuously
– Keep the roasted flat rice aside
– To same pan, add 2 tbsp of refined oil
– Add 2 tsp of jeera and 2 green chilli
– Let it splutter a bit and then add 1 thinly sliced onion
– Fry it until it turns brown in color
– Add 1 thinly sliced potato
– Add salt to taste
– Mix it cook until half cooked
– Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp of chilli powder
– Mix it and cook until potatoes gets cooked properly and slightly crispy
– Add the roasted flat rice
– Mix it properly
– Serve hot with piping hot tea
