(Makes 30 bites)
Ingredients:
32 mejdool dates, pitted (I used @Joolies dates)
2 cups strong coffee
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw cashews
2 cups other nuts of choice (I used @hukitchen chocolate almonds)
1 cup cacao
1/4 chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Soak dates in freshly-brewed warm coffee for 15 minutes. Blend until smooth with 3 tablespoons of the coffee. Add remaining ingredients and form into tablespoon-size balls. Chill for an hour. Store in the fridge tightly sealed for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
