A healthy breakfast recipe…..with Moong dal
ingredients:
1. Moong dal/ green gram – 1 cup
2. rice flour – 2 or 3 tbsp
3. green chilly – 2 no.
4. ginger – a small piece
5. cumin seeds – 1/2 to 1 tsp
6. salt – to taste
7. water – as required
8. oil/ghee – as required
instead of rice flour you can use idly rice or pachari – 1/2 cup
