Here are the recipes!

Crockpot Lasagna

Ingredients:
1. Lasagna
2. Ground turkey
3. Ricotta cheese
4. Parmesan cheese
5. Mozzarella cheese
6. Pasta sauce
7. Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning

Steps:
1. Cook your meat of choice and season.
2. Make your ricotta mixture. Mix 2 cups of ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
3. Now it’s time to layer. Layer pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot. Then layer lasagna noodles on top. Next, add your meat. Then add more pasta sauce and the ricotta mixture. Repeat 2-3 more times until the ingredients run out.
4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

Street Corn Pasta Salad (recipe inspo by: foodsofjane on TikTok)

Ingredients:
1. Pasta of choice
2. Corn
3. Low fat mayo
4. Cilantro
5. Limes
6. Jalapeño
7. Red onion
8. Cotija cheese
9. Seasonings: cayenne pepper

Steps:
1. Boil pasta.
2. Make your sauce mixture. Add 1 cup low fat Mayo, 2-3 limes, cayenne pepper, and cilantro. Mix well.
3. Add pasta, corn, red onion, and cotija cheese, and mix well.

Chicken Burrito Bowls

Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast
2. Brown rice
3. Black beans
4. Red onion
5. Corn
6. Garlic clove
7. 2 limes
8. Anaheim chili pepper
9. Cilantro
10. Cotija cheese
11. Seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder

Steps:
1. Cook the brown rice for 18-20 min.
2. While rice is cooking, season and marinate the chicken breast in salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, lime zest and juice, 1 garlic clove for about 20 minutes.
3. Prep the corn salsa. Add your corn, red onion, cilantro, Anaheim chili pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, lime zest and juice, oil, and cotija cheese. Mix well.
4. Flavor your rice with lime zest and juice and add cilantro. Mix well.
5. Cook chicken breast.
6. Assemble your bowl.
