Why make only porridge using oats when we can make oats sooo tasty and yummy . In today’s video I would be sharing the recipe for Oats chilla/ Oats pancake. This is a very good recipe for people on diet. Below are the ingredients for this healthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup oats flour
1/4th cup curd
1 small onion chopped
2-3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste

To make oats flour at home, simply dry roast the oats for about 10-12 min and then grind them to a powder.
