– Hi y’all! New(old) recipe here that I posted a long time ago but with an inaccurate calorie count. Here I’ve redone it properly – hope y’all enjoy 🙂

20(lbs) in 2020 Info –

20(lbs) in 2020 Skinny Nacho Challenge:
1st determine your current bmi, tdee, and set your goals. Recommended resources for determining these and getting a good picture of what your yearly progress could be are:
this website will calculate bmi, bmr, tdee, and show you how your habits affect your goals.

this website also calculates your bmi, and will give you a chart of how quickly you will lose weight eating a certain amount of calories every day.

Determine how you’ll track your progress. For example, I will be using MyFitnessPal to monitor my calorie intake, and will be doing bi-weekly weigh-ins to track my weight progress. Non-scale wise, I plan to make notes in my daily planner about progress I notice in my fitness level, and select a pair of jeans to monitor their fit throughout the year.

Not everyone needs to or should lose 20 pounds. For some people this is not a healthy goal. If you’d like to participate in this challenge, you do not need to plan on losing 20 pounds – you can set a goal that is appropriate for your current situation, whether that’s to lose 25, 5, 7, 2, or even gain weight if that is healthy for you.

Suggested “rules” (more like guidelines!):
– Try to work out 3 times a week, aiming for at least 2 hour long workouts if you can. Fitness classes and using an elliptical machine are my current plan.

-Don’t let slip ups or an unplanned binge throw you permanently off track – this is a long term, year-long challenge and a bad day, week, or month doesn’t mean you can’t make a lot of progress!

– Set two rewards for your self, one for the halfway progress mark and one for the finish line. For example, I plan to get either a new piercing or a new haircut at the 10 lb weightloss mark and the 20 lb finish line. Your rewards don’t have to be material things, or physical appearance related, they just need to be non-food rewards.

– To officially join this challenge, comment on this video with your weight loss or bmi goal, and your planned rewards!
