2-hour meal prep! 🙌 Meal prepping is time well spent. It’s a task that will help the following days go so much smoother when it comes to mealtimes. It helps to lessen time in the kitchen during the busy work week and ultimately will help you to make the ‘better-for-you’ choice, the easy choice.

-Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins – recipe here:
-Fresh fruit – washed, prepped, and ready-to-eat for the next few days.
-Burgers – ready for the grill.
-Baked sweet potatoes – for an easy side.
