Egg roll with bread is a famous snack from the southern part of India especially in Kerala. Usually we used to bake the bread egg roll, but this time we fried the Egg roll with bread.

INGREDIENTS:

Egg 2 no- Boiled & Cut it into small cubes.

Bread 4-6 no.

Chopped red onion – 1 Big size

Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.

Green chili 1 no.

Curry & Coriander Leaves – A bunch

Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp

Red chilli Powder – ½ tsp

Oil for Cooking

Salt to taste

 Directions:

Chop the onion and green chili. Grate the ginger and garlic cloves

Heat the oil in the pot or a pan

Add onion, and sauté it for 2 minutes.

Add green chili and garlic/ginger paste and mix it.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it.

Add Salt and coriander / curry leaves

Add egg cubes and mix well

Combine well and Saute it for another 2 to 4 min

Stir occasionally. When done, remove from heat. Set aside.

Now Prepare the bread, Cut the corner of the bread and dip into the water.

Now we’ll fill the rolls. Place 1- 1 1/2 teaspoons of the egg mixture on one side of the roll.

Roll it.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry it, Turn occasionally and fry until browned.

When done, drain on absorbent towel. Serve warm.

DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY EGG ROLL WITH BREAD IS READY TO EAT…!
