High protein lentil salad with 20gms of protein isn’t it amazing 🙌

If you want to add salad to your diet then definitely try this refreshing easy to make lentil salad made with whole red lentils, colorful veggies 🌿 mangoes 🥭 and tossed with lemony 🍋 curd vinaigrette with a crunch of mixed seeds!!

It’s great for your lunch box or a light dinner meals.

Ingredients
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey
3-4 mint leaves
Salt & black pepper as per taste

1/2 cup cooked whole red lentils
1/4 cup Onion
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup cucumber
1/2 cup mango
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
1 tsp mix of sesame seeds, chilli flakes & oregano
1 tbsp mixed seeds
