When baking my quinoa stuffed peppers and the leftovers, I used Pyrex dishes. They can withstand heat and cold temperatures, so I can put the leftovers right in the fridge when I’m done. This set is a perfect size to have the peppers in the larger dish (holds bout 3-4 peppers or 6-8 stuffed pepper halves and the smaller dish is usually enough for leftovers as a casserole!
