RECIPE
ingredients:
30 g rolled oats
40 g Greek Yoghurt
1 tsp instant coffee
50 m water
1 tsp chia seeds
15 g protein powder
Topping: 60 g vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 TSP cacao powder

1. Mix the all of the ingredients for the oat mixture in a bowl
2. Then refrigerate overnight or for at least six hours
3. Spread the remaining yogurt onto the oat mixture and sprinkle with cacao powder
4. enjoy 😉
