Here are some helpful tips that helped me get back on track and could help you too!

Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup chickpeas
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce ( a little less if watching salt)
1 tbsp mustard
1 small clove of garlic
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup water
blend (it thickens up a little after sitting)

My “snickers” protein fiber shake
1 cup (or less) of cooked, cooled chickpeas
1.5-2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
vanilla plant based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
