Serves : 3

1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tsp Ginger, grated
1/2 tsp Green chillies
Mix all the ingredients well
1cup Rawa/ Semolina
Saute till it leaves nutty aroma and does not change the colour
2-21/2 cups Water
2 tbsp Beetroot paste , ( cook the beetroot and make into paste )
2 tbsp Beetroot , finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Coconut milk
1 tbsp Cream
1 tbsp Unsalted butter
Coriander chopped and 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Garnish with some cream and grated Beetroot
