Paneer Stuffed Spinach Moong Dal Dosa is one of my favorite breakfast. It’s not only packed with goodness of protein-rich moong dal but also enhanced with the the nourishing benefits of Spinach & the creamy delight of Paneer ( Indian Cottage Cheese ).

In this step-by-step process, I will guide you through the process of preparing the batter, stuffing it with paneer filling & finally, cooking it to perfection.

Whether you’re a dosa fan or a paneer lover like me, this recipe is sure to impress your taste buds with its perfect blend of flavors. It makes for a delightful breakfast or lunch or a wholesome snack option.

So, let’s get cooking..

You’ll need :
To Make the Dosa Batter:
– 2 Cups Soaked Moong Dal
– 1 Cup Spinach
– 1 Green Chili ( optional )
– 1 inch Ginger
– 1/2 TB Cumin Powder
– 1/2 TB Black Pepper
– 1 TB Salt

To Make Paneer Stuffing:
– 200 gms Paneer
– 1/2 Chopped Onion
– 1/2 TB Cumin Powder
– Salt & Pepper to taste
– Few Chopped Coriander Leaves

1 TB Cooking Oil to Cook Dosa. I have used Organic Walnut Oil. You can use any cooking oil as per your preference.

Recipe:
– Soak 2 Cups Moong Dal overnight after washing it well.
– Drain the water & wash it well.
– Grind it into Smooth Batter by adding 1 Green chili, 1 inch Ginger & 2 TB Water.
– Wash 1 Cup Spinach well & Boil it in 2 Cups Water for 5 minutes.
– Strain the Water & wait for it to cool down.
– Blend it in blender.
– Add Spinach Puree to Dosa Batter.
– Add 1/2 TB Cumin Powder, 1/2 TB Black Pepper, 1 TB Salt & 1/4 Cup Water. Mix it well.
– Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat.
– Pour a ladleful of batter onto tawa & spread it in circular motion as showing in video to form a thin dosa.
– Drizzle oil around the edges of the dosa & cook until the bottom side turns golden brown.
– Flip the dosa & cook the other side for a minute.
– Crumble Paneer & add 1/2 Chopped Onion, 1/2 TB Cumin Powder, Salt & Pepper to Taste & Coriander leaves.
– Place a small portion of paneer stuffing & fold the dosa over the paneer.
– Serve the Paneer Stuffed Spinach Moong Dal Dosa with green chutney on the side.
