Child Nutrition Program
The children of the school in Florecía de Mora have a higher prevalence of chronic malnutrition. We organize a program of nutritious lunchboxes to complement the breakfasts of the students of the Simón Lozano García school that is located in one of the poorest districts of the La Libertad region.
Our vision is to break the cycle of chronic childhood malnutrition in children by delivering nutritious lunch boxes.
COMPOSITION OF THE NUTRITIONOUS LUNCH
For the six (6) months of the school year.
A chicken sandwich, a fruit and a bottle of water.
Total healthy lunchbox price = $ 5000 for the six (6) months of the school year.
The value of the healthy lunchbox for each child is = 3 soles, for a population of 30 students who have problems with child malnutrition at the primary level of Simón Lozano García School for a period of six (6) months, this nutritious lunchbox will be delivered daily. Children receive food at school during week days, for the weekend it is delivered on Friday, since water and juice are packed, and the same fruit is given on Friday to bring.
