Ingredients
– 1 1/2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
– 1/4 Cup of your choice of low-calorie Granular Sweeter (Allulose or Swerve Recommended)
– 16-Ounces of Small Curd Cottage Cheese
– 1 Package of Sugar-Free Strawberry Gelatin (approximately .3 to .44 ounce)
– 1 Cup of Strawberries
– (Optional) 1 Cup of Crushed Walnuts
Instructions
– Cut the Strawberries into fourths
– Place Cream and Sweetener into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. (Using a hand or stand mixer is recommended)
– In a separate bowl, gently mix the Cottage Cheese and Gelatin until combined
– Add the Whipped Cream mix into the bowl with the Cottage Cheese and gently mix
– Add the Strawberries and continue gently mixing
– Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
– (Optional ) Add Walnuts before serving
