3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP SALT (SALT BRINGS OUT THE FLAVOUR IN THE BREAD)
1/4 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER
1/4 CUP SHORTENING
1 1/4 CUPS LUKE WARM WATER
