1 sheet pan healthy chicken dinner!👇🏻 raise your hand 🙋🏼‍♀️ if you hate lots of dirty dishes or love easy quick (yet healthy) meals!

All you need is:
👉🏻1lb chicken tenderloins (cut into smaller pieces if using chicken breasts)
👉🏻1.5-2 big sweet potatoes
👉🏻1 head cauliflower
👉🏻Avocado oil + seasonings of choice (I use everything but the bagel, garlic powder and sea salt!)

Just cut up cauliflower and sweet potatoes. Toss with about 1-2tbsp avocado oil and season as desired.

Then do the same with the chicken in a bowl, about 1/2 tbsp avocado oil with seasonings of choice.

Bake in oven at 425 for 15-20min and you’re done!
