Ingredients:
Tortilla 1
Red Bell Pepper Small Piece
Yellow Bell Pepper Small Piece
Onion Half
Cherry Tomato 3
Carrot Half
Cucumber 1
Ice Burg
Lettuce
Coriander
Parsley
Mint
Boneless Chicken 40 Gram
Chickpeas 1/2 Cup
Pomegranate
Salad Dressing:
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper 1/4 Tsp
Soya Sauce 1 Tsp
Vinegar 1/2 Tbsp
Yogurt 2 Tbsp
Preparation:
1- Cut tortilla into cubes and air fried for 2 minutes.
2- Cut all vegetables into cubes.
3- Chopped Ice burg, Lettuce, Mint, Coriander and Parsley.
4- Grill chicken and chickpeas.
5- Add all these things in a bowl.
6- Mix salad dressing and add in salad bowl.
7- Sprinkle Pomegranate.
