Ingredients:
•1 cup of skyr or plain greek yogurt
•½ cup of almond butter
•1 scoop of vanilla protein powder we used @equipfoods grass-fed Beef isolate.
•1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
•Sweetener completely optional- 1 tbs of raw honey or 3 drops of Stevia
•1/2 cup of chopped roasted almonds
•¾ cup of dark chocolate chips or a good quality dark chocolate bar.
•1tbs of coconut oil

Steps:
•To a bowl combine the yogurt, protein powder and almond butter. *Optional- sweeter of choice and vanilla). Stir until combined.

•To a parchment lined baking sheet make 6 disks and top with chopped roasted almonds.
Add to the freezer for 30 mins until solid.

•Melt a good quality chocolate in a double boiler. Remove the frozen pucks from the freezer.
Dip them in the chocolate and place them on parchment paper. Add salt.

•Add them back into the freezer for 20 mins. Enjoy!
