Have you had sweet potato toast before!? This was my first time, but won’t be the last! Not only is it packed with fiber, but heart healthy nutrients, making it a perfect addition to your diet. and of course adding the maple protein spread and pecans enhances the flavor, but also makes it a well rounded meal. They’re so easy to make, packed with nutrients and protein- so a great way to start your day or have as an anytime snack!

INGREDIENTS

•1 large sweet potato
•Tsp olive oil
•Salt to taste
•1/2+ cup of my protein maple dip (message me or scroll my feed for recipe)
•1 Tbsp of chopped pecans
•Dash of cinnamon
•Cinnamon bun flaky sea salt from @osmosalts (use code 2explorewellness for discount)

INSTRUCTIONS

•Wash your sweet potato and slice about 1/4 thick slices. I yielded 6
•Cover them with olive oil and some salt and air fry at 425 for about 8 minutes on each side.
•Remove and let cool slightly before adding maple dip (if piping don’t add nuts 😅they get stuck)
•Top with cinnamon, nuts, and a finishing touch of flaky sea salt

Makes 1 servings (final plate in video is 1/2 serving)

Protein: 31g
Carbs: 46g
Fat: 14g
