1.5 cups long grain white rice
2-3 cups chicken broth
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup frozen peas
Steak ⬇️
1.5 lb flank steak or grass fed ribeye
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions ⬇️Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat
Add red bell pepper and minced garlic
Cook until bell pepper softens a bit
Add washed rice and toast for 1-2 minutesStir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
