The tastiest and easiest recipe I’ve ever eaten! Quick and healthy dinner!
1lb/ 450g salmon
salt on both sides
Vegetable oil
cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side
5 garlic cloves
cook for 1 minute
10oz/ 300g tomatoes
cook for 2 minutes
12oz/ 350ml heavy cream
cook for 4 minutes
3oz/ 90g basil
1tsp salt
cook for another 4 minutes
Garnish:
2 cups of rice
4 cups of water
1tbsp salt
cook until tender
Salad:
3 eggs
2 cucumbers
2oz/ 60g arugula
1tbsp lemon
1tsp honey
Vegetable oil
A pinch of salt
